Claim referrals, subject to acceptance, are supported by a referral fee which is payable from the solicitor to Accident Claim Solutions . The fee payable depends on the type of enquiry accepted and is paid by the solicitor. This is NOT recovered from the client. Each claim enquiry is assessed by an independent solicitor on its own merits and help, advice & feedback provided to the client. The solicitor will disclose the referral fee to the client when describing the claim process. Accident Claim Solutions takes no responsibility in any way for the advice given or the work undertaken on the client’s behalf by the independent firm of solicitors.
Accident Claim Solutions has significant operation costs/promotional costs in placing itself in a position to provide our clients with a first class service.
